The KCCC provides a venue for gatherings of member families, individuals and organizations at very reasonable cost. Anyone who wishes to use the facility may contact coordinator.kccc@bellnet.ca or call the KCCC at 905-602-0923. Facility rentals work on a first-come first-serve basis

Saturdays: Members - $800.00, Non-Members $900.00
Fridays: Less than 100 occupants: Members - $500.00, Non-Members - $600.00

Members - $80.00/hour

$60.00/hour – Members receive 20% off this price ($48.00/hr)

Socials – Day or Evening (Large Meeting Room)
$70.00/hour – Members receive 20% off this price ($56.00/hr)

Rental Policy:

Only KCCC Members in good standing shall receive discounted rental rates towards events for which the member hosts in person and is the signatory to the rental agreement.

Rental fees must be paid 60 days prior to the event in full (For non-members this fee is required upon booking confirmation). A refundable security deposit of $200 (Grand Hall) and $100 (meeting rooms) is also mandatory.
